Waivers & Safety
All adults are required to read and sign the waiver for any child entering the facility. Waivers are available by clicking HERE. We recommend signing the waiver online before your visit. Waivers are valid for a full year.
Parental supervision is required at all times. No child is to be left unattended for any reason.
No running, biting, pushing, fighting, or hitting is allowed. Please be respectful and courteous to those around you.
Inappropriate use of equipment or rough play will result in your child’s immediate removal from the facility without refund.
Children and adults must wear socks during the duration of your visit. No shoes or bare feet allowed.
Bathrooms and changing tables are available for your use.
Nobody enjoys having a sick child so if you or your child are not feeling well, we ask you to please visit another day. Please wait at least 24 hours after fever and/or visible signs of sickness disappear before coming to play. Any person showing visible signs of sickness such as running nose, vomiting, rash, or coughing will be asked to leave. If your child has allergies, please let a staff member know before entering the play area.
Play areas and toys are cleaned and disinfected continually. At your request, we can provide our cleaning schedule.
Should your little one put something in his/her mouth we have “Yucky Buckets” placed throughout the facility to ensure they are sanitized before being placed back.
Sunshine Play + Learn is not responsible for customer safety or injury caused by unsafe or inappropriate use of equipment.
Sunshine Play + Learn is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
Food & Beverage
Food or beverages are permitted inside the facility but must be eaten in designated snack areas.
Snacks and juice boxes are available for purchase.
Complimentary coffee is offered for adults.
We are NOT a peanut free facility.
NO gum Allowed.
